Bunker updates

We have made a few modiciations to the bunker map:
- Sniper only works when finding the gold crate
- Helicopters cannot take bases anymore
- The events team can host guild events on bunker map now

The display of planets on the right side (when being on dropships) has also been changed to only show active planets, and it shows the bunker map. The events team can now disable the automatic event planet switch (platform map, zone wars) if special events are planned.
