Second GFX- Crystal Launcher/Rifle

Yeah well here's my second work (Well, I made alot of failures...), the Crystal Launcher/Rfile. I'm not sure for the last part tough... Basicaly, I tought it could be a weak rifle with a decent speed but it could have a chance to freeze.
