There's a lot of factors to take into consideration
whenever you want to punish anyone for
anything, especially name-calling garbage. If someone actually was offended, it's a different story. When you make it your business to be the one who isn't thick skinned and offended by many things, well, the position really shouldn't be yours to call for.
