How about random medals that you DONT tell the players. . IF everyone knows the reqs. There gonna work all day for them and get them in a week.

Make something hard to find out.Something with a aura sounds nice.

Cerrtain kills in a row. Would be a nice one. 3k bounty lamed/obtained.
