new editor!

ive looked at a few tile editors and noticed that graal's is kinda pathetic....

I think that graal should first make the npc's in gs2.

and second i think that there should be layers; 1-3.

the first layer would be all blocking and nothing can go under it.
the second would be blocking but would go over the first layer.
the third would be a non blocking layer that would go over top of everything.

what do u guys think??
