These are the requirements for NEW promotions and recruits i AM NOT changing the ranks of other because of these requirements, Pojo will stay seamaster etc..

Here are the guidelines:

Sailor - Anyone who can drive a boat correctly, fire a cannon, supply a ship with cannon balls, and follow orders. This is the first rank in the Ministry Of Oceans.

Demolitionist - The people manning the cannons, must be level seven. Must also pass a test satisfactorily issued by me or a seamaster, the test must demonstrate proper ability to use cannons, make cannon balls, and time your shots correctly to destroy enemy ships.

Seamaster - The best sailors, Must show PERFECT sailing skills, show good strategic planning under pressure, commands well, and has the strength to prove it all.
Level 10 ( At least )
And i must approve them personally.
