Quian'Dor (Playerworld144) Hirings.

Hello,
I've bought my Playerworld and to set up I'll give some general information about it right here, as well as the job's that we are currently hiring.

Quian'Dor is a role-playing server where players can actually leave their marks on the world.

- Nations/Guilds/Organisations:
It is fairly easy to start a guild or organisation as long as you show that you are a decent Role-Player and got enough background story for it.
Someone will start out with the organisation "rank" so to say and with enough members and active role-players they will eventually grow out to a real nation.

-Overworld: The overworld is huge, spanning more then 3000 levels one has the chance to settle in barren deserts, thick forests, grassy fields and busy cities. Your job in this world is to make it your home, an enjoyable place to play and relax.

-Events:
One of the unique concepts of Quian'Dor will be the variety of events. Players are able to ask an RPAdmin for an event and the RPA will bring the players to a place where they can do dungeons and defeat bosses. The rewards will be variated because if you kill a dragon with ten people, who will get the reward? Thus you would be (in this example) be able to skin the dragon and use its massive hide to get an excellent armor. If you kill an opponentthat, lets say, destroyed a town, the player will save the town and earn their respects and gratitude, gratitude and respects will often result in materialistic rewards in the form of discount and special items.

-Crafting: Players will be able to craft their own items, not with a scripted system but simply by RPing it and asking an RPA to add the item to their inventory. They can even make the weapons+gani's on their own and let the staff upload it.

-Helpfull staff: One of the first commandments for the staff would be service to the players. If a player needs something and has approval of it by the required instance the staff should help them make it. This doesen't mean the staff should just make everything the player asks. Quite on the contrary. The staff should create things that the player could form into the things that he asked for.

We are getting our own tileset by my good friend Darkrazor (Some of you might know him, most of you probably never heard of him) and we need a bunch of staff members to pull this off.

Starting with.

NAT's. We could use every skilled NAT that wants a job since we always need things scripted etc. I know there is a shortage of NATs but I hope people will be interested in this project and help out.

LAT's. Levels are the most important things of the server and thus we need about 10 experienced LAT's that would like to work with new and old tilesets.

GAT's. Third on the most important list are the images that make the server stand out. We need about 4 people who have experience with making heads, bodies, custom tiles and weapons. Heads and bodies and weapons are required. Tiles are not required.

Gani's. About 2 or 3 Gani's fit in the team to make animations for weapons, certain actions to make the role-playing more lively and making cut-scene animations (Yes you read me!)

RPA's. This is also very important. These guys or girls approve and execute events and make sure the players can RP as much as they want.
We need about 7 of these spread over different timezones.

We espect our staff to evolve and learn of their experience and that they are willing to learn another subject (Please people learn GS2 while you work )
NOTE: ALL STAFF SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THE BASICS OF RP!!!!

Sadly I cannot include any screenshots because the new tileset isen't finished yet but I will try to include some soon.
