Why do you think jobs do background checks on applicants? You think they want criminals in their workforce?
Clearly he's changed, but it doesn't mean he doesn't have it in him to do it again if he's already done it.
The admins probably don't know about his past, and you know what, it doesn't really matter to me if they do or not. They've been wrong before.
He'll change in my eyes once he's earned it. We'll just see how he is as a member of the GST.
