If there is a qustion about her decisions you can do a support ticket. The person between Stefan, Unixmad and Moonie is Ibonic. He is manager assistant. If I am not wrong is Unixmad the responsible director for forums and so the boss of Moonie.

Yes, Ibonic seems to have more rights then I do, as if he doesn't have enough on his plate already.
