The System Sucks

The staff structure of Graal 2001 sucks. It is ridicolously lame and needs to be replaced with a better set of staff. The first thing I have to say is Lyndzey. I like her and all, but she almost NEVER held any events, and then she gets an Events Admin job. What does that tell you? And this IceHawk character because Assistant Poilice Chief after about 1 week on the force. That's ever worse than Lyndzey becoming Events Admin. IceHawk doesn't offend me in any way, but why does this happen? I have come down to it that the so-called "popular" people get the good staff jobs. What does popularity have to do with anything? I have said it once, I will say it again, Graal is not a popularity contest. The people who never use the boards should have a chance, because all I see now is people who are all over the boards. It needs to change.
