Graal v2 officially disabled

Graal v2 is officially disabled now, a half year after introducing Graal v4.
By disabling the old version it makes it possible to enable some v4 features which were not possible before, e.g. animated emoticons and faster shoot function on serverside. This will also fix some update-level-problems on servers using the new scripting engine, once the new npcservers have been uploaded.
If you still have problems running v4 then please use the bugs forum or the support center.
We will soon release a new v4 version for fixing some problems with new trainer programs.
