Problems with addtiledef

Im trying to put my tileset_west_1 so i can make my lvls offline right...
Heres what i get

It basicly loads everything BUT THE GRAPHIC...
So i try other things.. They all do the same.. or it just goes black
Other things meaning addtiledef2 tileset_west_1,,,1 or something like that...
addtiledef tileset_west_1,ol_,1;
Is what i have in my lvl and in my Offline TileDefs.. Iv even tried deleting the Tiledefs and starting over...
I really NEED HELP!
