Hearts Vs HP Bar

x-x As much as I hate posting any sort of shot of what I am doing.. I tried to find the most bland test level I could so I don't give away anything. Don't mind any of the HUD graphics, I removed the ones we are using for the shot.
This poll is about the hearts.
What do you think of using hearts instead of a HP bar? Mana Realms is mroe an adventure world, and not so much an RPG where you would pick up an item that gives you HP+10 or whatever.. so having an HP bar is not that neccesary.. but I do not know.
