I have a better idea, why dont we just make it so when you HOLD the key "A" down you can "Aim" with it... using your mouse, and then by default shoot straight ahead. I say "Aim" because it generally works only 40% of the time for me, but thats usually because of my screen resolution being at 1600*1200. Just something about Graal that despises my screen resolution.


This could prove to be good for both old and new users. To leave the default spell hotkey attack the way they used to be, and add in the ability to cast to the mouse if you hold a key down.

And the effect of the shield cancles the spell doesn't help some either. Generally the shield is used to slow down players with high speed. The flip side of this coin is, mages are not meant to be fast.
