Versus (Eagle and I)

Eagle and I have continued with our making of the server Versus. We are using the main island that was originally made by Wan and then added onto by our server admin (spanky) and our LAT Admin (Genesis).

The levels on the server were not solely made by Wan, and the levels are property of Graal Online, and the original server, which is Versus. Eagle is the owner of the server for Versus, therefore the content that is uploaded on his server is under his management, no one else's. Obviously, considering the content was uploaded onto a Graal Online server, it is the property of Graal Online, and no one actually owns the content. However, considering the content was uploaded onto Eagle's server, he is the representative for the content.

This has been run by multiple globals, including the PWA, and it has been approved. You can't just get on a server and delete something you made for that server because you no longer work for them. Your materials you make for that server belong to: firstly: Graal Online. after that the server of which they are uploaded on are in charge of management of the content and they are granted the use of the content.

Example:
If I made levels for Delteria, but was fired for [lets say RC abuse], I can not make sure that all of my content is erased off of Delteria. First of all, because I have no ownership of the content. It belogs to Graal Online firstly, then it is allowed use on Delteria.

I understand that this will turn into a big war about who gets what, but Eagle and I have been granted permission to use the content that was uploaded on Eagle's server. Eagle is responsible for the content, and graal online owns the content. This thread's sole purpose is to explain what has happened. In a week or two either I or Eagle will make a post about the updates in the developmental process in Versus.

It has also come to my attention that the Versus levels have been uploaded to another server. I would greatly appreciate it if a PWA or global staff member could check out this issue and sort it out. Thanks.

Long story short: A manager can't just take content and move it to another server. Could you imagine if NeoJenova removed UN's overworld and then moved it to another server that he was working on? The content will be managed by Versus. More updates to come.
