Banned? or Hacked?

god i think ive been hacked! i just went to log on and its saying my pass is wrong.. so i changed my pass.... and well its still freaking out on me... at first i thought i was beging hacked but then i went to log on to my spare account and it still said my pass was wrong and that was a completely different pass.... WAS I BAN? OR HACKED?? WHY WONT IT WORK!?!? PLZ SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
