Know what I want in a playerworld?

I want a playerworld, where everything is PK zone. This way, you can Kill-On-Spot people without having them leave to go into a spar arena or something so that they can't get killed. I remember countless times n guild wars in serverwide PK where people just ran inside to a no-PK zone to hide from us. It's really annoying.

Someone make a playerworld designed for guild wars, with all PKing zones, and only one sparring place, so that we may camp people outside so we can KOS them.
