Those are old levels out of style and using alot of predefined stuff they are releasing a new overowlrd thats more up to date and less tiles errores (or so i hope)!
edit: end of april is what the npc server says for the new over world
Things come predefined because a house is a house, not a stack of table parts called a "house".
