The hell?

What the hell is this?

I can't take my eye off our ships in the harbor for even an hour without someone taking them out.
This is obviously the actions of someone from a different kingdom. I think this constitues as a bug abuse. Actually just straight out abuse. We can't take out our ships without getting them stuck with the other ships.
