Hiring Graphics people for "Ice Age"

Looking for skilled Graphics developers for the playerworld "Ice Age" (Currently Kalypso).

Requirements:
1 Example of a Useable Ice Age graphic (Fire, housing, weapon, etc.)
2 Examples of Ice Age Era-animals (Great list of them Here)

We are assuming the Graal Character is 1.71 Meters in height, so scale the animals accordenly. Please note, you do not have to do all the view of the animal, only a side view for now.

You may also be required to contribute to the Tileset if hired.
