I'm not super intellegent or anything but should items with 15.000Kg not weigh so much? There was a similar problem with some ruggilli i have seen that really puts the hurting on your speed if you wear it.
Not to sound like i'm attacking anyone, just some constructive criticism, when you work on new items make sure stats are realistic.
I took the time to have a few of the alchemy items made and out of all of them the robe was the only dissapointment.
If a fix for this and other items is being worked on then you can ignore this.
