Boots

I logged in earlier and couldn't find my Iron Boots +10. I searched my bags and both of my houses and couldn't find them. I did not trade them, I haven't dropped or unequipped them in weeks. How would I go about having them restored?
Please, no snide comments. I'll lock it when I get the info I need.
