Instant Message to Graal Online Staff

This function would be very useful, it would pop up a window (press a buttion or excute a command on one of the F# keys) like a pm box. It just stores a message in-game on the FTP server. That way admins online can check them, reply them, and deal with the problem... (The admins can also send messages to anyone in-game, and once the new RC is done, that too, since it is accesed from the client). This should be added, and once a full teal of Admins are in place it will all work out. Might cost some money if Unixmad doesn't trust players from here with full rights, but it has to be done now or later.
