Hahahaha, you're not kidding. I mean I wish this guy would step on my property, so I could shoot him in the crotch, and when he goes to sue, everyone will just laugh at him.

Christian, have you never heard anyone say "get off my property or I'll shoot you" or something of that nature? They own the property, and what they say is what goes. That's why it's legal to shoot somebody if they won't leave your property.

Here's a good example. I'll walk into your house and just lounge around whenever and wherever I feel like it. Oh you're wanting to use the bathroom? Well too bad, I'm in there! You see what I mean? It's not legal for me to be there unless you've given your consent. Meaning if you wanted to, you could shoot me for being in your house/on your property.
