As for the town, it could count as useless grass tiles, or dark water. We couldn't use them anyways. Bandits deserve justice, for killing and robbing. I believe the punishment fit the crime.

Actually I swear like an iowan I tone it down for the boards except when I'm annoyed. I dont get what you're babbling about for grass tiles dark water tiles. Yes bandtis deserve justice.
