New hat I made..

Well, actually, I just edited it from the Monocle hat..
I know it's not that good, I'm more hoping that this is an idea to someone who can improve on this.
Sorry about it being BMP..
I use paint, and that wouldn't open a PNG, and the only thing I could change it to WAS a BMP.. |
