get drink/warping people

Ummmm i would like to know how to make people buy a drink wen they say sumin......i already know how to make them buy it then wen they use it it makes ur hearts refill and disapears but could someone tell me how to make it so when u buy it, it goes toinventory then press a button to use it( like number 3) and it plays the gani file of him drinking a milk bottle image.......also could someone tell me the script so (im making a server) wen u own a house and u can warp people in it if the people ur warping in lets u
