Gelat Issue?

For some reason when I send "PASS" to "23333" I get a message saying:

"We're sorry, the keyword you entered is not recognized. Please check the keyword and try again!"

This is the service for the USA SMS feature.

I've tried it lower-cased, capitalized... every which way. Same message. What's up?
