Kingdoms levels

My friend is getting a server soon, and i decided to attempt to generate a Kingdoms-Style world using the Terrain Generator. I followed the instructions on the Graal bible, but it doesn't seem to worl.

I did the GMAP and tiledef thing but it didn't really work...

Can anybody tell me how to make a Kingdoms-Style world using the terrain generator.
