Better voice system and codecs

I believe that Graal uses either FMOD or NSPlayer... I've seen them both in my shoutcast logs so I'm guessing that it uses both. It would be nice to have these updated or find a better one for streaming music... The reason why I'm saying this is because when some people try to connect to my shoutcast, it plays really fast which can be fixed by reconnecting, but this never happens with Winamp or any other programs that are capable of streaming music. On top of that, the streaming codec is a tad bit crackly.

Another thing, the voice codecs are so low quality why don't we get some better codecs and actually get them to work? The codecs we have now rarely work for everybody and plus they don't sound very good. Even the GSM 13kbit codec doesn't sound too well. I believe that more people would use the voice chat if it actually worked for everybody. This should be improved in the next version.
