You know what else'd be cool?
If the forum administrator could forward the more popular ideas to Stefan. So instead of hoping he sees one of the 99 mentions of his name on the forums, begging for this or that, he just says "Hey Moonie, any prayers for me today?" and she can be all "Well, Excal didn't have anything nice to say about you, your country, or your mother, but he did come up with a few ideas for mac development tools" and Stefan can be all "D'oh! I knew I forgot something! Tell him if he can make me the frontend for it and comment in what he wants the buttons to do I'll just translate over the PC version and get it finished when I can", and then, you know, stuff'll get done.
'cuz PMing takes forever. Seriously. I'm lucky if I get 1 response out of 10, never with a Read Receipt, and even then it takes a couple weeks to a month. If he's busy, the system should take that into account. |
