2 houses 1 key

Ok, i have 2 houses on CP right next to eachother but i locked my only key to one of them in the house. I went to the locksmith shop and got about 30 new keys made trying to get a key to the house. It has my name on it but I can't get into it for some reason. Could anyone help me with this or tell me how to make the key for that paticular house? |
