Searching for: Designer of Varieties

I am working on making a society. But on Graal I have to unfortunately call it a guild. But let me cut the crap here.

The society is based on a race of people called the Aiel.
For those who are familiar with the Wheel of Time series
written by (the godly) Robert Jordan.
The Aiel do not use swords for weapons. They use Spears.
I am not as good as some of you out there who are experts
at designing things.

I need things designed please.

-Spear-like weapons with an animation of either swinging,
or stabbing actions.
-A buckler-type shield (because we already have no-shield).
-Various faces which have a "viel" or a mask over it which
shows only the eyes. Maybe alter faces??
