Samurai doesn't have any [good] event items, CP does. Understandable if Sam gave a "better" item in an event for CP then he did in the Samurai one.

And by radicals, do you mean something like what Etien and whatever his name did to Zormite? Or like what happened to Forest's rank list? Because if you are suggesting that a change in Kingdom Leaders to improve RP, is work of only a radical, I, sir, call you a *****. But if you aren't suggesting that, then explain.
