Feature Available: Now!
Classic accounts now upgrade to use the Graalonline Communication Center, also known as the Graal Forums.
This feature, previously reserved for GOLD and VIP accounts only, is now available for Classic accounts too, with a daily allowance of three posts per day.
Below is some information on how to access the forums...
The forums can be found here: http://forums.graalonline.com/forums
(1) New Forum Users
1.1: I have never used the forums before, but I can't login. What do I do?
You need to first
register to use the forums. You can do this by going
[Here] and entering your Graalonline username, password and e-mail address.
You will then have to wait while your account is validated.
Once it has been validated, you will be able to post on the forums.
1.2: What happens once I have posted three messages in a day?
You won't be able to post any more messages, until the next day.
1.3: I want to post more than three messages a day. What accounts allow me to do this?
The GOLD, VIP and (while available) XMAS VIP account will allow you to post, without the limitations of three posts a day. You can upgrade to GOLD and VIP from the
[Subscription Page]. And you can upgrade to XMAS VIP with the link provided in the Graal newsletter, recently sent out.
(2) Old Forum Users
2.1: How do previously GOLD/VIP accounts, that were registered, access the forums?
You can simply login to your account, in the top right of the forum.
2.2: It says my password is wrong, but I know it's right. What do I do?
Your forum account password is
different than your usual Graalonline password, and wont change when you request a new password on the website.
Your password is likely to be a previously generated password, or a custom password set by yourself. If you still can't figure out your password, then you will need to use the
[Forum Password Changer].
2.3: The password changer wont accept my e-mail address. How do I change it?
Create a
[Support Ticket], and put the subject as 'Accounts'.
Make it clear that you want your FORUM e-mail changed, and not your game accounts e-mail.
You will need to quote a 17digit transaction ID#, which is on your Graalonline receipt - or in your paypal.com account, under the 'History' tab.
This ID# is needed for proof of identity.
(3) Banned Forum Users
3.1: I had access to the forums before, but I was banned. How do I get un-banned?
Create a
[Support Ticket], and put the subject as 'General Questions' and quote your username, when you were banned, and the ban reason if you remember it.
Your request to be un-banned will be considered, and you will be notified of the decision as soon as possible.
Happy posting! And don't forget to read the
[Forum Rules] for guidelines on what is, and isn't, accepted on the forums.
Thank you.
