Translation thingy?

Ok
How this translation thing of graal works?
i wrote in serveroptions:

enabletranslations=true

serverlanguage=Deutsch

translatedlanguages=English

---

but the folder

rw translations/*

---

is empty i tried some other folder:

NPC Code:

---

rw translation/*

rw levels/translations/*

rw levels/translation

---

but all folder are empty
and how to use #U()?
i tried to make a sign with it but then it says:
#U(translation test)
=/
i tried to use the say2 command with it but it sitll says #U(text)

help meh
