Playerworld Inspections and stuff

I was just wondering, why is it that Playerworld Inspections are so highly graded when they have payed for it, I mean some playerworlds will NEVER pass from what i've seen and when their time is expired, they wouldnt have even been up. I understand the copyright policys, but if they have crappy levels, then people wont play. and if they ony have 10 levels i understand they shouldnt go up. But its like really high expectations. I have seen about 3 playerworlds that may have a future with the Playerworld Inspections. This is not offending you, i'm just saying. Maybe they shouldnt be so high. Its their money, if they waste it they waste it. I dont know, this is my opinion. My opinion doesnt really matter but yea. Thanks,

Graal and Cyberjouers does not want to be represented by crappy playerworlds, thats why such picky inspection....things. (Bah I can't think of the word right now.)

You pay to use Cyberjoueurs' bandwidth/servers to develop a server. You don't pay to become visible. Becoming visible is a privilege granted to servers which can pass a rigorous inspection.

you'd think if a playerworld had 0 people on you'd know its not worth while and would goto the top of the list . If i was new to something i'd goto the Server with the most people. How you think I got my butt kicked in syar craft all the time? fighting 7 people and people saying PSST, allie? and then they'd backstab you, some people liked to laugh at you, they'd beat you down to just your communication center or whatever the main thing was called, then let you rebuild just to beat you down again, yea, dunno where that came from but eh
