Where/how did you come up with your Graal name?

Well, hope this thread hasn't been posted before, thought it was a neat idea and I was too lazy to check through the dead pages. Anyway, as the topic says, where/how did you come up with your Graal name? Well, mine didn't take a lot of thought. The Graal website displays a medieval-based, or old time RPG. My character on Graal plays a knight or a warrior usually, and I came up with the name/account Thallen, and I use the nickname Thall.

Lol... I was really good friends with Yakuna...and I changed my name to Anukay (yakuna backwards) then shortened it to anU, cuz of an old friend deS from Noah...then just went to MarkB lol

Lucius Merwood(my RP name)- Lucius means "bringer of light". I took his name from Ceasar, the Shakespearion play. Merwood is the most random thing I could think of.

When i first came on graal, i didn't know what to make my account name, so i just used my initials.. when i first logged on, i put the same thing as my nick... not knowing how to change my name for the longest time, i just kept useing it

i actuly think Tyrial or someone came up with that name, and i just stealed it since Prominent isnt realy the real deal,

Shadow <- Who pays attention to a shadow? People don't usually pay me much attention, so I figured Shadow. (and I thought it sounded cool as "Rogue Shadow")

Most people don't bother saying "Rogue Shadow", so they just call me Rogue.

My RP name (Rinko) was one Dante gave me. He told me a lot of people in Japan used that name so I used it as Empress of Samurai.

He said my name did not work well, so I thought up "Soul Devourer" and kept that. From there, I forgot who, but someone in the guild got me to think of "Soul Blade", and I have kept the name ever since. No need to change it when so many know me by it, not to mention I can't find anything wrong with it .

I used to play some other games before Graal, and I got sent to their "exile" on most of them because of corruptness (which I'm glad there isn't too much on Graal) I first started playing graal and just stole the Graal cahracter's name Dragoon (no originality) but later on got in trouble for it. So I thought, "Oh, I'll just get sent to-- That's it! Exile!" So my name was Exile, and someone told me it'd be neat to take off the E.... that's my story, folks.... um, yeap...

Just curious, but do you use that name in any other MMORPGs? I'm sure it's just fairly common...

I first started on the account Royal Bahts. I dont know why. I herd that on TV once. I think it was comedy central. Then a mean staff member a while back deleted the account. A year later I had a bet with Contego and I lost so he made me this account. I forgot what the bet was,and why i continued to use this account.My nickname was my real name Will,then when I was about 16 I started listening t the band Black Sabbath. I dont like that old band anymore but to many people know me as that so I'm sticking with it.

Dante sounds like a cool person. If my real name was Dante, I wouldn't waste my time playing computer games. I'd do stuff with my life... Everyone would wub me E>

Anyhow, I came up with the name "Ziro" when I played a free game called Silencer hosted by won.net (a game no longer in existant with a community at http://silencer.tproc.org/ trying to revive the game). I had to come up with it, because I used the name "Billaaaaaay" at the time, and in one game of Silencer (yes,the game was played in "Games" like FPS's), I ruined my reputation by using a bomb that kills everyone on the map, which was seen as a cheap move. So after that, all the good players said "Let's never play with Billaaaaaay again". So then I came up with "Ziro" by mixing around other names and random letters. Then I just used Ziro Vitrudestec as a character for a story I made with a friend, so I'm no longer Ziro now that he's a fictional character

Heh, mine is a bit of a longer story...
My old name was AniShifter. Ani for Animorphs (my favorite book at the time) and Shifters, the name of the book I was actually writing (it was actually really good, I just never finished it x.x). Then my dad, and retards on Yahoo interpreted it as Anis Shifter, then Anus Shifter and stupid things, and I decided to change it. I sat down one day and wrote up a bunch of names, and I went to Yahoo Mail (what I used) and put them in, and none of them worked, I was really disappointed. Then, it just came to me to add Project to it, because it sounded cool, and I slapped the old Shifter on the back, and ta-da, Projectshifter was born. Then, when I started playing graal, people starting calling me PS.

I was assuming you got your name from the first top 5 left-to-right letters on a standard keyboard. Qwert.! That's nifty, it forces me to type it slow because it's a one-handed typed name.

my first graal account which was also my first p2p was aliceinwonderland , at first i called myself alice, because i had seen the movie and i felt like her, lost in the world of graal, looking for i dont know what.

Then i changed it to Sunny Rose because people said i was the kind of person that *shined* lol

Then when i came to Doomsday i chose Tifa because i wanted a new start but too many people said ooooooh tifa from ff7 so now its Tiffany

I can't even remember, I think it was right before the matrix (1) came out I read about it on upcomingmovies.com and liked the name.

In rp's I use Crono Siannodel..(I just add the Siannodel to make it elven o_O)

Mmm...my account name, well, I had just played FF5 at the time, and was like.."I have no frickin' idea what to use as an account name" Sooo. That was that.
As far as my character's name "Shawn Kelfonne", it's a bit of work to deal with.
First off, Shawn comes from my real name, which, although is not "Shawn", or "Sean", or any other varied spelling, it is very close to it, in a way. Kelfonne has less of an actual explanation, since it was made up off the top of my head a while back when I was creating characters for a little story. The protagonist of the story was Crimson Kelfonne, and as far as RP goes, he's Shawn's great-grandfather. Therefore, the name was passed on. In case anyone cares, it's pronounced " Kell - Fahn" not "Kell - Phone ".
And as far as his middle name being Laurent, well, I just liked the name.

If im not mistaken the account aliceinwonderland played UN awhile back cause I remember it vividly. Either UN or Sanstrata but I do remember that account name.
