Tip: JUMPSTART THE ECONOMY

Who here thinks that GBM would be revived if it was reset (or not) and a ton of items and money were given out to many differnt players in order to jumpstart the economy, start the trading, the money making, circulaion, ect. If you think its a good idea please post here. BTW Its population is at 0 human players, what is there to lose? x.x

No it won't, that would make it boring too fast.
Also...Jeff was selling tons of bomies and a few phs, that's sort of a mini-jump start and everyone got pissed cause they were given out "too soon" so far less this x.x

I wasn't so fond of Jeff doing that, mainly because he threw in like 10+ bomys in the economy all in the matter of weeks! You should have spread it out, Jeff, like once per week.

it dosent matter if the economy was jump started or if jeff did spread out the auctioning of bomys, the fact is taht in less then a week it was down to 10 or less people a day, making it pointless becuase it's not really fuun to play with 10 people

That means to completly redo it. Find a new way the economy will run, Instead of just having it based on Hats, bomys, ph's, minerals, etc add in new items. Like for instance we Had the idea to improve Go kart racing where you can race in a league and earn money but there will be a series of different kinds of cars you can buy and a whole line of parts to improve it's peformance.
Maybe the parts and types of Go'karts could be 'economized' :o

That go-kart idea is poo.

Just make it more modern and improved like pizza instead of bread baking, multiple fish to catch (salt and fresh types), less annoying mining (ie:less button mashing) it could be like you mine for the ore and instead of crafting them after you could give it to an npc that would identify it for you but it would take like 3 days Graal time.

As for all the bomies and stuff, I was releasing actually LESS bomies than what people wanted. People don't seem to realize how hard my job is...at that point, I was trying to balance the allure of ownership with the application of the Beanie Baby theorem ("People will queue to go broke for the privelege of having something rare").

Im sure someone has already said it but:

One of the reasons for a reset in the first place was because people had too much money. So whey give loads out? It would only allow for people to get rich again too quickly.

And about making it classic, it wont happy for a while if it happens at all. They have to keep it gold else people will say they are not getting their money worth for a gold account, when 3D is released and Stefan/Unix/GBM Manager and Nemesis think its a good enough choice, it may then turn to classic.

But the thing is if people say they are not getting their money worth how many of them actually play Graal Bomy Moon reguraly?
Most of the people with gold accounts play Kingdoms with a very small majority playing Bomy Moon so I don't really think that they can use that as an excuse.

Also since it's such a small majority Stefan and Unix wouldn't be losing out on too much money from the upgraded accounts.
