My Crew

For all the members of my crew i have a few favors i would ask of you so that we both have a good experience on Graal Kingdoms. First as for me giving you higer ranks, i will ave a grading sytem similar to girums i might chnage it aroung (girum pos ton here if you aprove of me making my own ranking requirments). Also to do this i would like for all of you to get a book and a pen...i know a pen is pretty expensive i have one and you can borrow it till you get your own. I wnat all of you to keep a log of ships you destroyed and if it was a maned ship or not and if so who accompanied you also who you killed and if you can state there level. The reason i want u to write it in a book so i can check your books and if you have a alot of good marks i can higher your rank....i also want to know if you died and by whom and there level again if possible. Know if i find out that you are writing false entries you will be kicked out of my crew and other captains will hear of your actions in my crew. I have some more ideas but i need to fully think them out...i will report futher ideas on this same thread.

Oh, also. We need a ship name. I would like the crew to participate in the giving of the name. FOr now it will be P.S.S. Cross Bones.....i want a few opinions then we will have a poll....also if your not aware of these are the ranks for crews:

Captain
First Mate
Marauder
Buccaneer
Picaroon
Swashbuckler
Cannoneer
Crewman
Sailor

Acually while they are under your command they get the credits
and your write down the logs only
Its rather simplier that way
Don't need outlandish referrances =X

FINE FINE!!!!I jsut wanted to be an organized crew! BUT GO AHEAD! Piss how many people you killed on the walls of the boat! THAST FINE!!!!lol....how am i sposed to make them higher if i dont know how they have been doing...i can see how wif we sink a ship but when we go in land ima want them to seperate to clear the palce....

Make it be so the only way they get credit is if they are on your boat and you actually see it. They really is no accurate way to know if they did something anyhow.

well then i uess ill ait soem time then give u ranks on levels and attendence and power(sword damge or if you can do real well with little dmg)
