Does this mean when I run out of gold, I dont get the Forums!? Or as long as Ive paid once, will I get use of the Forums!?

Still i'd like forum use if I have brought Gold once! In fact Ive brought it like 4 times. I know most of you have brought it about 10-20 Times, But still. You should be aloud access, But maybe take out PM on here!
