Exp?

I think small-medium amounts of exp should be given when you...:
Mine a rock (physique)
Successfully cast a spell (magic)
Hit a monster with a bullet/bolt/missile/etc spell (magic)
Successfully concealing self (agility)
Making a bow successfully (whatever bowyer was in)
Smithing a weapon or armor or tool if you have Smithing skill (whatever smithing is in)

good idea.. im lvl 4 and shell bomys give like... under 5 exp and how am i supose to get to lvl 5??? i was also thinking about the mining thing and how are you supose to train your personality???? i dont get that at ALL. one more thing, when quests come out and you need like... 3 people for them wont who ever kills the boss get the exp? and will you get money from it?
