I SWEAR those things cause so much lag on 2k2 it isnt even funny! also that ship south of Sanaterrian like locks up the game for me...

Here's the problem: You hold no official dubbing position. You are just a normal person. Officially dubbing something is the same for you as unofficially dubbing it. Citing officiality* does not make your statement any more true.
