Upgrade cost

Has it gone back down? Up? What's the price currently at? Before, I could go to subscribe, put in my account user / pass, be able to edit my contact information, and then able to upgrade it, but it's been changed.

What's the price at, now?

I'm pretty sick of price jumps, and the phone call being $3.99 pissed me off too.

I was going to try and upgrade one of my accounts via phone. But...I don't think I'll be doing that now. It's not the account price that bothers me, it's just the $3.99 per minute that I may not be able to compensate for. I'm on a fixed budget. =/

all i know is that its $60 cdn, which is about $40 american
