Everyone likes that type of music....problem is....If I make it to similar...again squaresoft could file a lawsuit against graal -_-

If I'm not mistaken isnt the lawsuit only valid if its the same note? Other wise the techno remix's would be illegal but they're not.

Any ways I dont mean the exact songs just that style of songs.

I know I didnt mean tune just the general style, Tempo etc.. Not the same tune. Such as the boss music always has a fast tempo with a good beat to it. Sad scenes are kind of drawn out slow songs. Overworld is usually kind of Vibrant music not slow but not fast paced either. Etc...

True, but Coke could sue Pepsi, for making a carbonated beverage that appears to look like there's.
But yes, Techno Remix's aren't illegal, as long as they don't meantion a trademark name or melody in it (i.e. I put the dying music from super mario, or put the name super mario in the song)

Copyrights for music sounds are pretty lax. I mean look at classic's theme for the orphanage/newbie house. It's basically a hyped-up, sped-up, FF7 theme song.

But listen to some of the old classic songs. They're very, very repetative and get annoying because of that. But they're basically good... just need to be less repetative.

(bleh can't attach the midi in case some of you haven't heard it before)

oh good god everything that is holy and good and decent and represents the battle against evil do NOT include anything even resembling techno, trance, or any other contemporary music. Make music like what Graal already has. For god's sakes, man.. don't even consider anything else.
