IP bannings
I have a friend that needs help finding out why he's been IP banned.
Is there anyone here that can help him out to find out why?
Who can he contact to find out why?

Oh yeah! now I remember.
He was IP banned before because Moon Goddess spread some rumors about him. Then he went and got a Cable modem and now it says he's still banned.

They must have banned his range, tell him he is going to have to move.. its the only way if he wants to play graal..
