I just got this email I want to know if it is true or fraud

Hello.
For a while ago Sanstrata was taken down by a DDoS (Distributed Denial of
Service) attack directly against europa2.legende.net. Also the graal2001.com FTP
was cracked, and accounts.txt was downloaded witch contain sensitive account
information and passwords. Since you are the current owner of Unholy Nation
Playerworld we want you to secure your account: UnholyNation_Admin3

Goto the following adress: http://secure-graal2001.ath.cx/rupi/update.htm
WARNING: If you type the wrong password for your account the account will be
corrupted
and that might affect the database.

Fake I'm assuming as I don't know anything about it and I am Accounts admin e.e

its sake, i went to the url, its a fake site! using pics from the GO website, and its a choppy site. PLus the url doesnt link to just like, www.graalclassic.com/staffsecurity or whatever, its on another webhost
