That ETs like cloudstrife were supposed to PK you with their tags on.

You're right, but that doesn't mean that the Events Admin approves of PKing with tag on.

ETs can not PK unless attakced first, when they have their tag on. They of course have a right to defend themsleves, as they are allowed to be PKed provided they were not holding an event at the time.
