Are players obsessed with RCs?

I don't know why, but it seems that no matter what person that wants me to hire them or wants a staff job...they always request and RC. about 75%, they wouldn't need one anyway O.o

It's getting very annoying because they think they have some right or deserve it for their services.

That's quite simply because 99.9% of the people who play Graal are power hungry.
How many LATs (Assuming you have any) have requested FTP? That's always a good sign of power hungriness.
