Staff For a new Server

Ok i am looking for Gats for a New Rp server.

Reasons Why you should Join
1. Everything on the server is very uniqe
2. We have 6 Classes all uniqe with 7 skills
3. We have 8 jobs which again are all uniqe
4. A very detailed story line.
5. Indepth kingdoms build by players, you just dont get a kingdom.. and your done u have to build from scratch. Kindoms can be attacked walls can be destroyed etc.
6. Many new ideas which i cant state on this board
7. Becuase of all the uniqe stuff is why i need so many grahpics.

Looking for 2 gats. depending on how much those 2 can work.
I might have to settle for about 3-4 gats.. that do a little.

look now, ur one of those guys that work a couple months on a server and turns out pretty crappy but you think its the best thing there is. People need more feedback about a playerworld. Whenever I try to get staff for eternal destiny i post every single thing about it except secret projects. Why is your server different from all the others? What are the benefits of joining your server? Post some screen shots of some levels. Post your map here. If you just started to work on a Playerworld dont try to get staff right away. The first thing a Playerworld owner needs to do is work for a few months on his own or with a friend. After a while then you start looking for staff. It's like baking a cake. You cant bake the cake after putting in the mix and not putting in the milk, eggs, butter, and other stuff you need. This message is not attended to pick on you or what have you, it is ment for other people too. Whenever I get a fairly good staff member they quit after about 5 days. Not because of me, but because they think they have the potential of going out on their own and trying to get something accepted. I have had 4 former staff members of mine do this and have had their playerworld fail and they decide to quit graal. Other people dont care whether there server is all grass and bushes, as long as it gets up. Graphics takes time, similiar to scripting. So, dont ever try to rush to get a graphics team going. Many people I see that are really good usually say maybe some other time. Yes they blow me off. I dont care, I still try to work hard myself doing the graphics. Do without a graphics team for a couple months then start asking. Until then I reccomend you making friends with people on this section of the forum. Late I'm out

Time of my reply. I have been working for 3 months..

The levels part of what you said. My head Lat begged me not to put lvls up on the forums. For the reason of Noobs comming and saying they suck and then others taking there advise

Second Scripting I have scriped minning , lumberjack, blacksmith,
3 weapons for the samuir class.. which i know i just spelled incorrectly but dont feel like fixing it. 7 attacks for archer almost done there. 2 weapons for Ki class. We have a litte over 600 lvl over world . not couting inside lvls

We have 2 towns finished.
All levels held to a high standard..


my main point for the post with lack of info was.

that if you are looking or are interested in a job.

I can explain in detail about everything
Anything i missed.. and i have played graal since 1.38..
I am no a noob.. I will see this project though entil the end even if i have to script the whole server.. and use graphics.. that i "attempted to make".

First of all, weather you started in graal 1.38, 2.01, or Zelda Online doesn't mean anything about your level making and scripting skills, which are most obviously needed for crearing a server... Because I've met people who have played Graal for years and still they can't script and their levels aren't good, simply because they never tryed scripting or level making befire and need more practice, or they're just not good at it.

Also, why should your Head LAT member care about what kind of "flaming" comments people have about his work?I mean if its onlue "Noobs" making these comments then why should he/she care? I mean they're just Noobs right? Not like they're people or anything... He/She shouldn't be concerned about those kind of comments, rather the constructive ones that have suggestions in them. They should read them for themselves and take them into perspective, not saying they shoudl listen to everyone, but think about other's ideas. Kind of like what im saying now, you don't have to try what im suggesting, im just trying to help. Anyway, that's all I have to say for now, bye.

Ok now about my skill i have been programming for graal about 1 year now. I now Qbasic and C++. If u are a programmer u know what they are. I'm qualified to do my job

Classes.

Ecomancer
Archer
Heavy Knight
Changling
i forgot one...lol.. if i remember within 10 seconds i will add if not ow well i have then saved on computer i am just lazy right now

Each class has 7-9 skills unlike providence where some classes have no skills. like warriors

Jobs.
Lumberjack
Minner
Blacksmith
Woodscraftsman
builder
Farmer

All jobs are indepth.. and if say there are not enough lumberjacks.. to get wood .then builders cant build. and so on

Lets see.
Actual Quest with story line.. I am not typing a page for people that might not be interested if u are interested i can explain

I will tell u one other thing.. this is not even all the unique stuff
Kindoms..
U can actually attack kingdom walls. and they can build towers to defend. and so on. i will not eleborate anymore i know that is misspelle..
U can attack anything
there are bad npc contolled villages u can destroy..
and so on.. anything else u want to know
